Editor Note: This is a concept game created for TapTap jam 2024. I'm not personally in favor of this one because of it's genre, gameplay, story, and the only thing I like is the art style. About the Game: In Hikari, you control a tiny beam of light to guide a determined cat on a heartwarming adventure to find its beloved owner, Hikari. Each level presents new challenges, from navigating busy coffee shops to playful obstacle courses and curious environments. The cat, entranced by the light, follows as you reveal clues and memories left behind by Hikari. Every interaction and puzzle piece brings the cat closer to reuniting with Hikari, unveiling a touching story of loyalty and love. Immerse yourself in this endearing journey as you help the cat trace Hikari’s steps, one playful laser dot at a time.

Gameplay: Hikari combines puzzle-solving with exploration in a unique way. Each level presents whimsical challenges and interactive objects—slides, moving cables, and other playful obstacles—that you must navigate to keep the cat on track. The laser pointer isn’t just a tool; it’s a guiding light that interacts with the environment, helping the cat overcome obstacles, reveal secrets, and explore each carefully crafted scene.
